Enforcement Level:  Level 3 indicates return to compliance; Level 2 indicates formal enforcement; Level 1 indicates informal inforcement (does not count as addressed with respect to the system score); Level 0 is not accounted for in the system score nor is it displayed on the violsum webpage.

Rank1:  When a violation is associated with multiple enforcement actions, the enforcement with the lowest 'Rank1' (closest to 1) will be displayed.
Rank1 Aggregate:  If a violation has multiple enforcements with the same 'Rank1' (e.g., RTC/SOX), a value of 'MIN' indicates to display the one with oldest status date or a value of 'MAX' indicates to display the one with the most recent status date.
