| Details: | A localized boil notice has been issued at Deschutes Valley Water District, a community water system in Jefferson County that has approximately 3998 connections and serves approximately 10,600 people. A 2” valve failed which partially depressurized a section of the water system that serves a small business development on 10/29/2018. Water system staff have notified the affected customers, and repairs have been made to the system. Water samples have also been taken and the system will contact DWS when the results are available. Lifted 10/30/2018: I received a phone call from Rick today that the two samples collected yesterday in the affected area were coliform absent. - Michelle Byrd |
