| Details: | The City of Paisley, a community water system in Lake County with 142 connections that serves approximately 245 people has initiated a limited boil order affecting one residence. A main break occurred at approximately Noon today that led to the system experiencing a drop in pressure. The system was able to identify the leak and isolate it such that only one residence is without water. Repairs are being made now and water samples will be collected once the repairs are complete. The system advises that the affected resident received verbal notice and will also receive a written notice this evening. Lifted 01/31/2023: Contact Missy Walton, regarding the boil water advisory and she said the system was flushed after the repairs, then a special coliform sample was collected from within the distribution system. The coliform result, which tested absent, was received from the lab on 1/18/23. The boil water advisory for 13 homes (d from the original 1 residence) was lifted the same day. |
