Details: System sampled annual arsenic at POU sites - space 2, 7, 8, 14, 24, 5A 8A, 10A 14A exceed arsenic MCL. System wide Arsenic Do Not Drink Advisory due to POU filter failure, until system can verify all other POU spaces are functioning. System will distribute public notice and provide copy to LCPH. System is scheduled to sample remining 18 POU filters for Arsenic on 3/15 to report ASAP. System did not complete sampling for remaining connections and has contacted residents who filters have not been tested for retest ASAP System is working with OHA plan review team and LCPH to ensure new RO/POU filters are replaced and approved for use. Will once ordered and installed. System will provide bottled water for community as per owner / operator 3/16/23. public notice provided to LCPH on 3/16/23 3/17 system resampled large portion of remaining POU filters, all but 3 samples tested above MCL for arsenic. System has ordered replacements filters for all POU filters for community to be replaced ASAP. New Public notice to be drafter and provided to community with d test results and information related to resolution. Order is still in place for system DRC with plumbing company have started installing replacement pou filters and devices on 3/24. first arsenic samples were taken for testing on 3/24. System will follow up with results as soon as they are analyzed.

Update 03/27/2023:  system to install or replace all POU starting 3/24-3/31 new public notice provided 3/27/23 arsenic tests for all POU will be conducted once POU filters are properly functioning. System is working with all customers to coordinate instalation and testing.

Update 03/31/2023:  As of 3/31/23, 22 POU devices have been serviced and retested.

Lifted 04/05/2023:  System installed POU filters on 21 sites, all arsenic tests are ND as of 4/4. System will remain on partial advisory.
