| Details: | Sandy left a message on my county cell phone SAturday stating they had a line break in the park. The repair required a complete shutdown of the system.
We spoke on Monday 8/7/23. It was reported that a galvanized lateral to a home failed. The line was repaired and the system is pressurized. Follow-up testing will be submitted 8/7/23. The boil advisory will remain in place until lab tests confirm the absence of bacteria. Lifted 08/08/2023: Follow-up distribution testing confirms the absence of bacteria in the water system. The boil advisory has been lifted and operator was notified. |
