| Details: | Operator reported an issue in the lower area, sections M, OL, A, B, C, and EL. Deanna informed customers that they do not have enough information yet to determine what caused the water pressure lost. The operator is troubleshooting the issue to determine the cause. Management is delivering water from another source in order to avoid loss of total water service. This boil is precautionary since there is still low pressure in the lines. Customers will be notified when the pressure has been restored and lab samples show absence of bacterial contamination. Lifted 05/15/2024: lab results came back absent of bacterial coliforms. The boil affecting sections M, OL, A, B, C and EL has been lifted. Affected customers were notified on May 15, 2024. |
