| Details: | Phone contact with operator, water system will post tier 1 boil advisory in conspicuous location. System will continue to sample monthly. Level 2 investigation is scheduled for 6/5 Update 07/16/2024: 7/16 - Water system is addressing defects listed in level 2 investigation. Water system discovered large hole/entry point into water system through main line and has temporarily turned off water system for full main line repair. No water tests were done in june and may not be done in july due to well being turned off and main line broken to distribution. Lifted 09/30/2024: System has corrected all sanitary deficiencies regarding original investigation and has collected 3 consecutive samples absent for bacteria. Advisory is lifted. |
