| Details: | The operator reported a total loss of pressure to the upper section on February 3, 2025. Staff identified a leak in one of the unoccupied homes. Water has been shut off for that home. Water has been fully restored to the upper section. Although, total loss of pressure was only for a short period of time, there was still total loss of pressure, therefore a boil order is necessary for the upper area, specifically: sections T, U, OV, I, and MLB2. Water samples will be tested for bacterial contamination. The boil will be lifted once lab results confirm absence of bacterial contamination. Lifted 02/06/2025: The DRC has reported that the boil advisory previously in effect for the total loss of pressure on February 3, 2025, has been lifted, effective today. The leak was successfully repaired, and system pressure was fully restored. The water sample lab result showed no evidence of bacterial contamination. |
