Details: A distribution leak caused the reservoir to empty and the low level alarm failed. All four schools had a complete loss of pressure. School was closed on 2/12 and 2/13. The leak has been isolated to the primary school and repaired on 2/14. The system is now pressurized and the reservoir is at 70 percent as of 2/15. The WS is under a do not drink/boil water advisory and is using bottled water for drinking and cooking. They plan to collect special coliform samples on 2/19 or 2/20 after flushing and reestablishing the chlorine residual in the distribution. The advisory may be lifted pending results.

Lifted 02/21/2019:  Samples taken at each of the 4 schools on 2/20 were all absent for total coliform and E. coli. The boil water advisory due to loss of pressure has been lifted as of 2/21.
