| Details: | The operator reported that on February 24, 2025, a complete loss of pressure occurred in the upper service area, specifically the upper area, sections T, U, OV, I, MLB2. Onsite staff are actively investigating the cause of the pressure loss and searching for potential leaks. Water is being transferred from the lower system to the upper system to mitigate the impact however, water delivery via water truck may be necessary to ensure adequate supply.
The current rainy weather conditions are making surface leak detection more challenging. Staff is working diligently to restore normal pressure as quickly as possible. Further s will be provided as soon as they are available. Lifted 02/26/2025: Special samples taken and lab results came back absent of coliform contamination. Tenants notified that the services for sections T, U, OV, I, and MLB2 is back to normal. Operator advised tenant to flush household plumbing. |
