| Details: | A repeat sample collected 4/8/25 from the bathroom sink tested positive for E-Coli.
I instructed the operator to post a boil-water notice, shock flush the system, and to inspect it for potential sources of contamination.
This notice may be lifted after three months of coliform sampling show no positive results for E-Coli. Lifted 08/19/2025: The operator confirmed that UV disinfection had been installed in the system. The last two months of coliform sampling have been free of coliform. |
