| Details: | The three repeat samples collected on 10/2/25 tested positive for coliform which confirms the positive routine E. coli sample collected from the break room faucet. Emailed Scott Baker requesting a copy of the boil water notice and the corrective action steps the water system was taking. Mr. Baker called and let me know that they were planning to shock chlorinate the system and he will send me a copy of their boil water notice He also said that the breakroom faucet was a swivel faucet and said he informed the lab not to sample that location in future. Also, let him know to collect their 3 temporary routine samples before the end of October and after shock chlorinating the system and flushing. |
