| Details: | Phillip called on 4/3/19 to report a main line break on 4/2/19 that resulted in a complete loss of pressure. He said the line has been repaired, disinfected and flushed. He is collecting samples today. I asked him to send me a copy of their boil water notice and to inform me of the sample results. Lifted 04/04/2019: Phillip Merrill contacted me and said he received good coliform test results. I asked him to send me a copy along with the boil water notice they issued. Advisory is lifted. |
