| Details: | A main distribution line was broken while a manufactured house was being removed. I spoke to Shawn Stevenson in the Region 2 Springfield office. Kaycee was provided with the correct Boil Water Notice template to prepare and distribute. The residents were notified but not using the required template. One sample was taken and absent but two more are being submitted today. When the results return absent the notice will be lifted. Lifted 05/10/2018: Three total distribution samples were submitted. One on 5/8/18 and two on 5/9/18. All are absent for coliform. The Boil water advisory has been lifted. |
