| Details: | Emailed Mr. Stegner and let him know that a repeat sample from the distribution and the triggered sample from the well came back positive for e. coli. I explained to him that he needed to take 5 repeat confirmation samples from the wellhead as soon as possible. Lifted 11/25/2025: Confirmation repeat samples came back and no samples were e. coli positive. Recommended to the operator that he shock chlorinate the system to remove any contamination. Also reminded him, he needs to turn in the public notice. |
