| Details: | Received an alert that the triggered sample and one repeat sample came back positive for e. coli. and that all repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. I emailed the operator Javan and let him know that 5 repeat source water samples needed to be taken as soon as possible. I let him also know that a boil water public notice needed to be posted. | ||
