| Details: | Phillip notified EH on 12/19/25 that Bethel lost power and water pressure on 12/18/25. Phillip issued a boil advisory and notified customers right away. He said a coliform sample was collected after the power/pressure was restored and he received confirmation from the lab on 12/19 that the sample was good. He is lifting the boil advisory and will forward a copy of the lab report once he gets it. Philip did send a copy of the boil notice. Lifted 12/19/2025: Boil advisory lifted after receiving confirmation from the testing lab that the special coliform sample was negative. |
