| Details: | Waterlab reported to Kelly that the repeat sample taken at the end of the distribution system was positive (the lab did not specify if it was total coliform only positive or E. coli positive). The residents were notified yesterday (prior to knowing the results of the repeat sampling) to not drink the water without boiling it first if they had health concerns. I let Kelly know that they should shock chlorinate and flush the system and resample as soon as possible. I told here that they should notify all residents to boil their water until further notice (the lab is closed until Monday) and referred her to the boil water notice template I had emailed earlier (see contact report dated 12-23-25). Lifted 12/31/2025: A source sample and a distribution system sample taken at 14501 Baker Cr. Rd. on 12-30-25 were absent for coliform bacteria and the boil water notice was rescinded on 12-31-25. The triggered source sample taken 12-24-25 was also absent of coliform bacteria. |
