| Details: | Silver Falls Country Stores quarterly routine from distribution was positive for total coliform and E. coli on June 26th. The June 28th triggered source sample and e repeats from distribution were all positive for total coliform and one sample from distribution was positive for E. coli. MCL for E. coli exceeded.
The system had gone on voluntary boil water advisory after the first positive routine. The system is officially on a boil water advisory after the positive E. coli in the repeat.
A level 2 investigation was performed on July 1st. Lifted 07/23/2019: The system received a level 2 investigation on July 1st. A pressure tank was replaced, and then both the well and distribution were shocked. On 7/23/2019 four water tests results were received from Silver Falls Country Store. One from the well head, and three from distribution. The system was supposed to collect three temporary routine samples, but instead collected labeled the samples as triggered source, and three repeats. I have Drinking Water to have the tests acknowledged by the automated computer system as satisfying the requirement for the temporary routines. I am lifting the boil water notice for the firm. |
