Details: | On 12/24 I received a message from Scott Berry with OAWU. Jason Green with OAWU is the acting DRC for the system. He stated they were having a loss of water in the underground storage tank. They thought there was a leak but could not locate it. Scott Berry stated in his opinion they had an electrical issue or were over pumping the aquifer. By 2:00pm 12/24 they had not diagnosed the issue but the storage tank was filling and there was not a loss of pressure. We also discussed when isolation valves that they purchased were going to be installed.
On 12/24 at 7pm the park manger Sandra Fanucchi reported a pipe break at space #39 and was looking for an after hours plumber to repair it. A boil water notice was issued. She states a local contractor was on site and a temporary repair stopped the leak and the system was up and running.
I informed the park manager by e-mail to submit a minimum of three special samples. At least one from the lower, middle and upper sections of the park.
This is the eighth advisory posted since May 2018. This notice will remain in effect until clear sample results are submitted to me. Lifted 12/30/2019: Three special sample were submitted to Edge Analytical Lab. All are negative. The boil water advisory has been lifted. |
