| Details: | On 7/2/20 I contacted Jentry Nix and outlined the repeat process including sampling requirements and boil water notice being ly. On 7/6/20 I have attempted to reach Mr. Nix with no answer.
I have emailed Nix outlining confirmation sampling, boil water and public notice requirements within 24 hours, and the need to develop a corrective action.
Lifted 08/03/2020: After a conversation with operator Jentry Nix regarding the cause of the recent E. Coli positive, which seems to be failure to maintain residual disinfection, and the system now current on follow-up sampling, I am lifting the advisory. |
