Details:	After attempting to reach Mr. Nix via phone regarding the recent E. Coli confirmation, I have submitted an email to him describing the requirements of public notice, boil water notice, and 5 source confirmation samples within 24 hours. I also asked he connect with me to develop a corrective action by 7/10/20. It does appear that lack of chlorine within the system may have contributed to the recent event.
