| Details: | System had a single E. coli sample result received 11/10/17. The on-call DWS manager was Joe Carlson. He discussed the result with the operator and they decided to issue a boil as repeat samples would not be able to be collected until Monday 11/13/17. The water system did issue the boil notice (on 11/13/17) and a copy of the notice was sent to DWS. The system mailed follow up samples to the lab on 11/13/17. Results will not be available till later in the week.
11/16/17 system had collected 4 distribution samples and a source sample on 11/13/17. The source was absent for bacteria and 2 of the distribution were E. coli positive. System has turned up the chlorination and has been inspecting the storage tank. Lifted 11/17/2017: The water system collected 4 samples on Thursday. The sample results were received on Friday 11/17/17. They were all absent for bacteria. The boil notice has been lifted. |
