| Details: | The automated back flush valve for the iron removal filters failed. This caused the water flow to stop and the pumps to lose prime. The system has been repaired and follow up sampling submitted. A boil water notice was provided to residents via text, automated phone system and hand delivery. Lifted 11/19/2020: On 11/17 1 of 3 follow -up samples was TC+. I consulted with Shawn Stevenson. I instructed the operator to increase the chlorine residual and flush the system. He submitted another sample from the TC+ site. The lab confirmed the result was absent/absent. |
