| Details: | The water system said: "...Just notifying you that we will be shutting off the water on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 10:00 am to conduct a mainline repair on Clear Creek Rd. Parkdale, OR. Water samples will be taken soon after the mainline is repaired then we will be hanging a second notice to let everyone know the "Boil Order" is lifted..." Lifted 04/09/2021: Parkdale water company failed to notify the public health system (OHA HRC) that the boil water advisory was resolved. We reviewed testing records and observed that a water quality test for microbiological contaminates occurred on 4/9/21 (which was ‘absent’). On 11/24/21, at the request of OHA, we lifted the boil water notification (backdated to 4/9/21). |
