| Details: | The operator has reported that NW Natural Gas broke a water main while relocating a gas line. This resulted in a total loss of pressure. The operator has issued a boil water advisory to the residents. The advisory will remain in effect until follow testing show the system is free from bacterial contamination. Lifted 04/22/2021: On 4/21/21 the operator reported that 1/3 follow up samples for the total loss of pressure event on 4/20/21 was positive for coliform. On 4/22/21 the operator reported that three additional samples were submitted. The lab reported that that these samples are absent for coliform. The advisory is lifted. |
