| Details: | The water system collected an arsenic sample on 6/9/21. The result was received on 6/15/21. It tested at 39.6 ppb. The MCL for arsenic is 10 ppb. The result is over the acute level of 35 ppb. A public notice was sent to the city for distribution ASAP. The city has an arsenic treatment system but continues to have operational issues. The system was asked to pull another sample on 6/16/21. Lifted 07/06/2021: A follow up arsenic sample was collected on 6/16/21. The result was .00469ppm (4.69ppb). The water advisory is now lifted. |
