| Details: | James preemptively alerted NCPHD to a E-coli positive in distribution that he received results for today. I sent him the template he needs to complete the second half of and post at each campsite. Once hes completed his template he should provide me with a copy of this advisory.
As we discussed, he will take 3 repeat samples in distribution at different sites at the camp, and a source assessment sample at the spring.
Noting the previous coliform positive response from June, I saw that there was a missing source sample that would have needed to be reported 06/07/2021 - 06/18/2021. Also the chlorine residuals for the repeat distribution samples were 0.00ppm.
James will be checking the chlorinator ans taking repeat samples today. Lifted 07/23/2021: Repeat samples for distribution and trigger sample were all absent of EC+ and TC+. Completed level 2 investigation today and found that the chlorinator was unplugged by vandals. |
