| Details: | 02.08.2022-I received an anonymous call from a customer of Langlois water district. The caller apparently did not receive notification of the Tier 2 notice that was initially posted on January 15, 2022. The caller expressed concern for several residents at the Piercy Suites apartments that were also not notified. I emailed Lenny to inquire about the issues expressed by the caller and to verify whether the Tier 2 notice was re-posted or not. In the email I provided Lenny with the minimum rule requirements regarding the form and manner in which a Tier 2 notice should be posted by the water system. Next steps: I advised Lenny once again to email me a copy of the updated version of the Tier 2 notice and include the date it was posted. Lenny was also advised to verify that the form and manner the public notification is done is following the minimum rule requirements (OAR 33-061-0042(3)(b)(E)). 01.21.2022-Lenny emailed me a copy of a Tier 2 notice that was posted on 01.15.22. There was information missing. The notice did not provide violation details, corrective actions taken nor additional information on further testing. Next steps: Lenny was advised to re-post a Tier 2 notice containing the missing information. I requested a copy sent to me via email. 01.14.2022-Water system reported 3 days not meeting CT on December's SWTR. I emailed Lenny and provided a copy of the public notice template to report failure to meet CT. Lenny was instructed to post the notice as soon as practical and to email me a copy of the final version. |
