Details:	02.11.2022-I emailed Lenny requesting a copy of the public notice the system was required to post for failing to meet CT during the month of December. Lenny emailed me back a copy of a notice posted on January 14, but the information on the notice was incomplete. I emailed Lenny and made him aware of this issue. On 02.11.2022, Lenny emailed me back stating that the notice was updated and re-posted on January 18, 2022. A copy of the amended notice was provided via email and forwarded to DMCE. I advised Lenny to verify that the form and manner the Tier 2 public notice was posted was able to reach the residents at Piercy Suites apartments. This was an issue brought up by an anonymous caller on February 2, 2022. The caller stated they were not notified. I provided Lenny with additional information regarding Tier 2 notification requirements per OAR 333-061-0042(3)(b)(E).
