| Details: | Talked with the owner/operator about the positive coliform test on 1/14/22. He had voluntarily stopped food service and soda fountain/coffee service when he got the result. I reminded him to get a source triggered test and 3 repeat tests before the end of the week. He stated he would do that immediately. Firm has a UV light and he stated the bulb was replaced about 6 months ago. We also discussed proper sampling. | ||
