| Details: | Coliform was present in routine distribution sample taken on 1/12/2022, received 1/14/2022. E.coli bacteria was confirmed in a distribution repeat sample taken on 1/19/2022 and received 1/20/2022. ODA was notified of the confirmed sample on 1/20/2022 and firm was placed on a boil water notice. An on site visit was done 1/21/22 to verify the Boil Notice and a level 2 investigation was completed. Lifted 02/14/2022: The operator had the well shock chlorinated 1/27/22. The UV light also needed a new fuse and bulb. An absent distribution sample was done 1/31/22 and an absent source sample was taken 2/11/22. |
