| Details: | Called the operator 1/20/22 to discuss the E.coli alert. The operator had already ceased all soda, coffee, ice and food service. I went to the firm 1/21/22 to verify the Boil Notice and also conducted a level 2 investigation. He was having a service company come out next week to shock chlorinate the well and perform maintenance on the UV light. He was aware that he would need to start monthly coliform testing. | ||
