| Details: | Visited the facility 2/10/22. The operator had the well shock chlorinated 1/27/22. The UV light also needed a new fuse and bulb. An absent distribution sample was done 1/31/22 and a source sample will be taken 2/11/22. Once the source sample comes back absent the boil advisory will be lifted. The operator is aware that monthly sampling needs to begin in February. | ||
