| Details: | I called and spoke with Kamela about the +TC detection. I reminded her to collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and a triggered source sample. We also discussed the systems progress on drilling a new well. Kamela said they have not made much progress on the securing the grant funding to drill a new well and that she was frustrated with the process. I stressed that the system is way past existing deadlines and will need to either install disinfection or a new source asap or they risk administrative action from OHA DWS. Kamela mentioned one of the homeowners has plans to drill their own well and disconnect from the system. She asked if they would still qualify for grant funding. I told her that 14 connections with less than 25 people would return them to OVS system type but that they would still have to correct the issues with their existing source. I explained I was not sure how that would affect grant funding. | ||
