| Details: | 02.02.2022-RT Jan 31 RT samples tested TC positive. I contacted Mary and gave her instructions to collect one repeat (RP) samples and one triggered (TG) sample at the wellhead, prior to UV treatment. Mary informed me that they don't have a raw water sample tap. I advised her to turn off the UV system and flush water through the entry point tap and then collect the TG sample. After collecting the TG sample turn UV back on and collect RP sample. System inventory needs to be updated. The UV is currently not listed. Mary was instructed to provide information on the type of UV currently installed. |
