| Details: | I spoke to Jimmy about missing repeat distribution and triggered source sample from the January alert. We spoke the emails I sent that were not responded to. The mill is short handed and he is working in the mill. I asked him to submit the late triggered source sample and take his monthly routine sample. We talked about him checking the coliform sampling schedule in SDWIS. The mill is on monthly sampling due late/missing samples and ongoing coliform alerts. We also discussed the compliance schedule for installation of chlorine by June. He said they working to obtain a contractor. I will remind him that plan review is required before the chlorination system is installed. |
