Details:	Storage tank #3 "blew up" overnight and residents did not have any water this morning. The water system is already on a Boil Advisory, so no need for a new one due to loss of pressure. For the short term, Michael Leisy is trying to reroute a line between Tank 2 and 4. If that is successful, I reminded Megan that they would need to remain on their summer chlorine injection location (no reason to inject into Tank 3 if it is offline!). If they call out Bandon Pump, they may want to consider adding bypasses for all those tanks, as was discussed during the survey last week (with HOA pres Corinne C and DRC Michael M). It is currently very limiting to not be able to take any of the 5 tanks in the series offline individually. The current incident highlights that situation. If they can install bypasses, it would allow them to clean out the tanks more often/as needed, rather than having to drain all 5 tanks, then clean, then wait till the plant can refill all 5 again from scratch. Cleaning out the tanks regularly might help with DBP formation.
