| Details: | 02.24.2022- Brenda requested extending the due date to resolve the significant deficiencies that are still pending. The new due date is April 4, 2022. I emailed Dan Vaage with Civil West, requesting technical assistance to help the operator with the filter to waste procedure and conduct filter turbidity profiles. A new CT study report was conducted on January 7, 2022. Per the methodology and tracer test data, the contact time was 58 minutes. Brenda was advised to use this contact time (T) to calculate their monthly CT. Brenda is now certified with a T3 certification. She is requesting to be the new DRC. |
