| Details: | We called the operator and discussed the corrosion control, water quality parameter excursion violations and the outstanding groundwater source assessment violation. We also notified the operator that public notifications were due. We explained that their lead & copper monitoring schedule has now changed (6-month monitoring periods). We also sent a follow-up email to document the phone conversation. A copy of the email is available at Hood River County Health Department upon request. | ||
