| Details: | We had a phone conversation with Sheldon Price regarding recent water quality parameter excursion violations. Cascade Locks PWS is having difficulty maintaining pH (7.0) and Alkalinity (31.0) at their minimum levels and/or operating the Soda Ash system. Specific cause of the violation is unknown. In coordination with OHA-DWS, we requested Circuit-Writer assistance for Cascade Locks. On 4/11/22, we had a conversation with the Circuit-Writer engineer who reported that they would aid Cascade Locks PWS. |
