| Details: | I spoke to Becky Picton from Edge Analytical in Corvallis on 9/24. She explained that a routine sample from 9/20 and repeat samples were all TC+. the triggered source sample was TC-. We discussed not using a kitchen hand wash sink as test site that would be representative of staff to students would get drinking water. I e-mailed with Jamon letting him know that I needed to research next steps with my state lead. A second level 2 investigation will be conducted. A level 2 was conducted on 1/12/18 and found the underground storage tank was not properly sealed allowing rain water to enter the tank. A 5,000 gallon above ground poly tank was installed to replace the underground tank. Based on a review of the rule regarding the ongoing bacterial issues,the system will ly be required to install chlorination. |
