| Details: | Shirley had left me a message saying there was a death in the operators family so Bill was out, and that therefore they missed their cyanotoxin sample for 9/25. I called back and asked if anyone was running the plant. a back-up person is "writing down the numbers." I asked if that person could also fill the bottle for cyanotoxin monitoring next week. She said she thought so and I provided DEQs contact information in case there are questions. | ||
