| Details: | I contacted the system operator to advise her that the system must take the two remaining water samples to be analyzed for lead and copper on or before 9-30-18 and the results must be reported to OHA DWS by 10-10-18. Additionally, I advised her that if the system plans to install any additional point-of-use treatment devices for drinking water they must be the type previously approved by OHA DWS and they must first notify ODA regarding when and they will be added. There are currently 6 devices, 2 in the main break room, 1 in the main office kitchen, 1 in the farm office break room, 1 in the large conference room and 1 in the Biogas office. | ||
