| Details: | On 8-23-18 I received the results of TTHM sampling for the City of Lafayette from sampling completed 9-8-18. On 8-24-18, I calculated the TTHM LRAA and Operational Evaluation Level (OEL) and determined that the City exceeded the OEL only. I e-mailed the City the results along with some instruction on completing an OEL report. On 9-6-18 I received the completed set of both TTHM and HAA5 results from sampling conducted on 8-8-18, which were over the OEL for TTHM with OEL levels of 0.0817 mg/l at 113 Washington Street and 0.083 mg/l at 1214 3RD ST. On 9/7/18, I calculated the HAA5 OEL and e-mailed both TTHM and HAA5 OEL results to Konrad with the City of Lafayette for use in the OEL report. The City submitted a distribution system flushing SOP to address elevated TTHM levels 3-28-16. The City submitted the OEL report for the 3Q2018 TTHM OEL exceedance 9-10-18. | ||
