Details: Discussed the LRAA exceedance despite last quarter's sample was just below the MCL. (It wasn't low enough to off-set the August DBP sample.) Pete described how a Tier 2 PN is due by March 11. Pete will send a template, and consult with Evan on how best to avoid future exceedances. Flushing may not be sufficient since water supply is particularly limited in summers.
