| Details: | Called to inform that concessionaire incorrectly filled out MOR with YES to meeting required CT when in fact the data show every day of August is a NO. Sent email summarizing the issues with the report and the PWSs obligation to issue a boil notice on August 1, 2018. Since operator may have used a pH meter out of calibration, the pH values on the report may have been incorrect. However, no better data are available and thus CT was not met. | ||
