Details:	03.09.2022-Due date extended for pending violations: April 29, 2022 is the new due for the following deficiencies: - Install a FM to adequately determine the flow rate on contact chamber effluent line - Completed the Maintenance and Operation Manual - Complete the Emergency Response Plan May 13, 2022 is the new due date to address: - Cross connection Control requirements, - Complete an operational evaluation report for DBP OEL exceedance and - Complete the CT study. Regarding the CT study, I spoke with Marlin. He will assign a team member to provide a general service assistance to validate the CT study methodology that Jared presented last year. If the system is ready, then Civil West will perform the CT study. Civil West was unable to proceed with the CT study last year, mainly because Weiss Estate had not the necessary plumbing alterations to fit the study methodology.
