| Details: | Todd informed the state by email that OPRD was meeting with Westech to set up the contract to research the feasibility of drilling the new well near the potable water reservoir. He will reach out to Russ Kazmierczak DWS geologist for additional consult before bidding to drill the new well. Todd has spoken with the well driller and there is a delay of at least 6 months to schedule drilling. On 3/14, I emailed Todd to followed up on the update and to request a more definitive timeline to complete the feasibility study and bid process to drill the new well. The correction due date can be extended to include the 6 months needed to schedule the drilling. ACTION: Waiting to receive updated timeline to reestablish compliance schedule for correcting the E. coli well issue. |
