Details: 04.06.2022-I left a voice message for Mac to collect one TG sample and 3 RP samples. Additional instructions on where to collect these samples provided. I also sent an email to Mac and Sam with this information.

Sam and Mac were also advised to submit the ASR report for 2021 as soon as practical and collect chemical samples due this year. I provided a link to the system's chemical sampling schedule.

-Collect TG and 3 RP samples.
-Submit to DWS a copy of the system's ASR 2021 Report
